In The House Of Life

The story revolves around the magical happenings in a children's library, where characters from ancient Egyptian history come to life to inspire children to read. The librarian, Rehab, closes the library at night, unaware that the Ibis bird, Dijhuti, awakens and brings historical figures to life. Dijhuti, symbolizing wisdom, interacts with Queen Merneith, King Tutankhamun, and King Pepi II, discussing the decline in children's reading habits.
Thus, the ancient figures devise a plan to encourage children to read by utilizing their historical significance. Queen Merneith discovers a letter expressing sadness over children's lack of interest in reading. The characters reference teachings from an ancient sage, highlighting the value of books in life. The characters create a plan that includes placing the doll prominently and having the librarian tell stories about the House of Life.
The plan is implemented successfully, leading to a lively and engaging atmosphere in the library. The next morning, the librarian uses the Dijhuti doll to attract children, sharing stories about the House of Life. The library becomes filled with the joyful noise of children as they are inspired to read.
